Why does Nana charge by time increments?
Conventional housekeeping agencies charge by the type of job. For example, if you want your fridge cleaned, you'll typically pay more for
this service. Nana simply charges an hourly rate. That way, you can spend your housekeeper's time the way you want without worrying
about random expenses. Our agency can suggest a time range to suit whatever you need. Bottom line-we just don't charge extra for the
"extras".

Housekeepers generally perform domestic cleaning services. The most requested package is the "Hometown Special": 4 hours of service
for $95. In a typically messy house, this covers: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, kitchen, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. We
also offer holiday specials, so check that out on our main menu. Sometimes Clients request buffet servers, party help, errands, organizing,
etc.
How much is the usual tip?
Think in terms of a restaurant tip. It will vary with the service the Client needs. Tips in general tend to increase during the holiday season.
Nana's Housekeeping encourages tips, but it isn't required of the Client.
Do I need to be home?
That depends on your preference. Some Clients hire Housekeepers to give them an extra hand, and some Clients prefer to come home
from a long day of work to a fresh smelling home.
How often can I have a Housekeeper?
Some cleaning services want to lock you into a contract. We just want to impress you enough that you'll refer us to your friends! We offer
just about any shift you could need, and you can mix and match to whatever fits your schedule. Housekeepers are available any day of the
week in your area. You can have weekly, biweekly or monthly service. Even if you just want to try Nana's Housekeeping for the first time,
we're here to help.

Clients want their home to smell like the products they choose. Housekeepers will need access to cleaning appliances or whatever else
they will need to get the job done. You'll know exactly what products are being used in your home.

Nana's Housekeeping is a Christian business, and we look to work with all kinds of people who have values that align with our own. Most
of our Housekeepers are working moms, and every Housekeeper must pass a background check and complete Nana's training
requirements.
How does Nana's Housekeeping work?
When we have a Client and a Housekeeper in the same area, we coordinate the appointment and manage the operations. Tell us what
you need and we'll make sure it gets done right.
